Terms of Service

Effective date: September 29, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to the website donutmobiletire.com and to the mobile tire and vehicle services provided by Donut Auto LLC, doing business as Donut Mobile Tire ("Donut Mobile Tire," "we," "us"). By booking a service, buying a product, or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our services

Donut Mobile Tire is a mobile service in the Phoenix, Arizona area. We come to your home, work or roadside location to install, repair, rotate and balance tires, service TPMS, perform oil changes and provide other services listed on our website. Services are subject to technician availability, weather, safety conditions and the condition of your vehicle.

2. Booking, quotes and pricing

  • Quotes are based on the vehicle, tire size and service information you give us. If the actual vehicle, tire size or job differs, the price may change, and we will tell you before doing extra work.
  • Prices shown online and in quotes may change until the job is confirmed. Your approved work order or invoice shows the final price.
  • A service call (trip) fee applies to mobile visits unless we state otherwise in writing.
  • Applicable Arizona sales tax and state-required fees, including the Arizona waste tire fee on new tires, are charged in addition to the quoted price where required. State or local taxes or surcharges for environmental protection will be an extra charge.

3. Payment

Payment is due when the work is completed unless we have agreed to other terms in writing (for example, fleet accounts). We accept the payment methods shown at checkout or on your invoice. Tips are optional.

4. Scheduling, arrival windows and cancellations

We give arrival windows, not exact times. Traffic, weather and emergencies can affect timing, and we will contact you if we are running late. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please call or text (602) 849-8404 as early as possible. If our technician arrives and cannot perform the service because of incorrect vehicle or tire information, no access to the vehicle, or a missing wheel lock key, the service call fee may still apply.

5. Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate vehicle, tire size and location details, including suite, gate or parking information.
  • Make sure we have legal and safe access to the vehicle, and permission to work on it at that location.
  • Provide the wheel lock key if your vehicle has locking lug nuts.
  • Remove valuables from the vehicle and keep children and pets clear of the work area.

6. Vehicle inspection and pre-existing conditions

Before work begins, our technician may photograph and record the condition of your vehicle, wheels and tires in a digital vehicle inspection. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, including curb rash, cracked or bent wheels, corroded or seized lug nuts and studs, worn wheel locks, or damaged TPMS sensors. If a lug nut, stud or wheel lock is seized or damaged, we will stop and let you know before continuing.

7. Tire repairs and safety recommendations

We repair punctures only when the repair meets industry standards: the puncture must be in the tread area and 1/4 inch (6 mm) or smaller, with no sidewall or shoulder damage and no internal damage from driving flat. If a tire cannot be safely repaired, we will recommend replacement. If you decline a repair or replacement we have marked as required for safety, we will note it on your work order and you accept responsibility for continuing to drive on that tire.

8. Wheel re-torque

After any service where wheels are removed, we recommend having lug nuts re-checked after the first 50 to 100 miles. Call or text us to schedule a re-torque check.

9. Warranties

New tires and parts are covered by their manufacturer warranties. Our workmanship and any Donut Mobile Tire guarantees are described on our Warranty page and on your invoice. Except as stated there, and to the extent allowed by law, services and products are provided without other warranties, express or implied.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Donut Mobile Tire is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, such as lost time, lost income, towing or lodging, arising from our services or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service or product that gave rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Arizona law.

11. Text messages and calls

When you give us your phone number, you agree that we may call or text you about your appointment, arrival updates, invoices, service reminders and follow-ups. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages at any time, or HELP for help. We do not sell your phone number.

12. Website use

You agree not to misuse our website, interfere with its operation or use it for any unlawful purpose. Content on our website, including our name, logo, photos and text, belongs to Donut Mobile Tire or its licensors and may not be copied without permission. Our website may link to third-party sites, which we do not control.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date and applies to services booked after that date.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
